How long does approval take?

Usually [TBD] working days. We do a short interview over video and a quick ID check. Once approved, the app unlocks and you can claim immediately.

Do I need sales experience?

Helpful, not required. The demo carries a lot of the conversation. We've approved people from retail, hospitality, teaching, and trades — anyone comfortable walking up to strangers tends to do fine.

Can I work in any city?

Currently [TBD] UK cities. We add patches as we grow. If your area isn't covered, you can join the waiting list in the app.

How does the claim window work?

You claim a lead, it's locked to you for [TBD] minutes. Close or release it before the window ends — after that it's returned to the queue.

What if the demo fails to generate?

The app ships with a static fallback template that uses the business name and a vertical-appropriate stock layout. You never show a blank screen.

Can I revisit a "soft no" lead?

Yes, up to [TBD] times. After that the lead is cooled down and passed to another contractor or archived.

When does the £50 hit my wallet?

On signature. The app confirms and the wallet balance updates within seconds. No install-wait, no activation delay.

How fast do withdrawals arrive?

Usually within [TBD] hours to a UK bank account. Faster on weekdays, occasionally longer on weekends.

Can the £50 be clawed back?

No. Once credited, it's yours. Refund disputes between client and platform are our problem, not yours.

What about tax?

You are a self-employed contractor. We don't deduct tax. A [TBD] annual earnings statement is available for your self-assessment.

Can I pause my account?

Yes. Toggle "on patch" off in the app and you won't be offered leads. Turn it back on when you're ready. No penalty, no conversation.

How do I close my account?

Settings → Account → Close. Withdraw any wallet balance first. Account deletion follows our privacy policy.
